ABOUT ME

Hi there!

I’m Seyma Turan, a Clinical Nutritionist , Wellness Expert and Life Coach with quite a long time of experience in helping individuals transform their lives through sustainable, science-based nutrition and health practices.My passion for nutrition began during my
15-year career as a professional volleyball player in Turkey. During that time, my coach introduced me to the importance of nutrition to prepare for tournaments. I became fascinated by how what we eat affects everything from energy levels to overall health, which led me to dive deeper into the world of nutrition.

I hold dual Bachelor’s Degrees—one in Nutrition and Dietetics and as well as in Elderly Health and Nutrition for Longevity —and have pursued postgraduate education in Health and Sports Nutrition. Additionally, I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Life Coaching, and Hormonal Therapy, which allows me to offer a holistic approach to wellness by addressing both the physical and mental aspects of health. Having worked in Mediterranean settings and North America, I try to bring a unique blend of diverse health philosophies to my practices.

I was lucky enough to work and gain experience in clinical settings, hospitals, and specialized bariatric centres, where I developed hands-on expertise in mostly weight loss/management, behavioural therapy-driven lifestyle changes, gut and hormonal health. I am beyond grateful that my experiences definitely helped through what I really wanted to focus on and how I really wanted to help my clients on building my own method.

My passion is all about helping my clients to radiate total health, confidence, and joy from within, while reducing the overwhelmed and burnout that often comes with navigating wellness. True wellness is about longevity, feeling energized, and improving life quality, and I’m passionate about guiding my clients through comprehensive personalized journeys toward their goals. What drives me is seeing my clients grow more confident in their health journey, using real-life, actionable wellness tips that fit seamlessly into their own lifestyles, making the path to health both achievable and enjoyable.
